Design, Display

Redmi Note 12 features a sleek, beautiful design and gives a decent look. It has a boxy body with a flat screen, frame & edges, and slightly rounded corners, offering a comfortable gripping experience and also protecting the device against accidental drops. On the back side, it has a separate camera module, featuring big camera rings and an LED Flash. It comes with a plastic frame with matte finish, a plastic back, and a glass front with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Redmi 12 has a center punch hole display, with small bezels but a slightly larger chin at the bottom. It features a 6.67-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate and pixel density of 395 ppi. It has a peak brightness level up to 1200 nits and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone contains IP53 dust-tight and splash resistance technology, which means it will withstand accidental water splashes only and is not fully waterproof.

Performance and Software

The processor installed in the Redmi Note 12 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 (6-nanometer 4G Chip) with an Adreno 610 GPU. It is a good processor considering the price tag of the devices.
