Realme 15 Pro features a fashion-inspired and premium design. It has a curved body, edges, and a 4D curve+ display. Its corners are kept rounded, which enhances the grip experience of the handset and protects the device against accidental drops. It features a rectangular camera module with rounded corners, featuring dual cameras and an LED Flash. It has a glass front with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, a metal-reinforced plastic frame, and a plastic back with fibre glass material in Flowing Silver & Silicon Polymer in Velvet Green.

It has a 6.8-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with an adaptive 144 Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 453 ppi. It has an in-display optical fingerprint sensor and has a brightness level up to 6500 nits.
