The Infinix Smart 9 has a different design from previous Infinix Smart models, featuring a sleek, beautiful design. It has a boxy body with a flat display, frames & edges, and rounded corners, which generally provide a comfortable grip and also protect the device against accidental drops. It has a protruding transparent camera module featuring dual cameras and an LED flash. It has a glass front, a plastic frame, and a polycarbonate plastic back.

The Infinix Smart 9 has a center-punch-hole screen with large bezels and a bigger chin at the bottom, with an 84.8% screen ratio. It has an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 262 ppi. It contains IP54 dust-tight and water-resistant technology, which means it only resists accidental water splashes & light rain and is not fully waterproof. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner installed in the power button.

Performance and Software

Infinix Smart 9 is equipped with MediaTek Helio G81 (4G chipset) and the ARM Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It is not a powerful processor and is used in budget devices.
