Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max features the same design as the iPhone 17 Pro Max with minimal changes. It has a camera island at the top with a triple-camera setup and an LED Flash. On the lower side, it has MagSafe components for wireless charging. It has a boxy body with a flat display, frame, and edges but has rounded corners. It has an aluminium frame, a glass back and front with Ceramic Shield 2 protection. One noticeable change is camera control button on the side is now a physical button instead of touch-sensitive.

According to reports, the iPhone 18 Pro Max will feature a 6.9-inch LTPO Plus Capacitive Touchscreen, but this time with a smaller Dynamic Island up to 1/3rd of the current version; Face ID has now been moved under the screen.
