It has a boxy body with a flat display, frame, and edges but has round corners. It has a plastic back with a matte finish that protects the handset from fingerprints, a plastic frame, and a glass front. It has a vertical pill-shaped camera module with rounded corners, featuring two cameras and an Aura light.

Vivo V50 Lite has a 6.77-inch center-punch-hole AMOLED touchscreen with ultra-narrow bezels and a small chin at the bottom with a 94.2% screen-to-body ratio. It has SGS-certified eye-comfort technology, which keeps eyes comfortable during long usage. It has an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate with 1800 nits peak brightness and a pixel density of 387 ppi.
