Redmi 15 features a beautiful, sleek, and Quad-curved design. It has a flat screen and frame, but edges and corners are made rounded to provide a comfortable grip, and this also protects the phone against accidental drops. It has a rectangular-shaped camera module with rounded corners featuring dual cameras and an LED flash. It has a plastic back with a matte finish, a plastic frame, and a glass front.

Redmi 15 has a center punch hole display with noticeable bezels and a large chin at the bottom.
